1. Overview
Relayra offers both a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. This Refund Policy explains our terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel: • Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the current period ends • Your data will be preserved, but usage limits will apply based on the Free plan
3. Refunds
Because Relayra offers a free plan that lets you evaluate the Service before upgrading, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments already processed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations: • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a technical error • You experienced a significant service outage that prevented you from using Pro features • You were charged incorrectly or for an amount different from the listed price To request a refund, please contact us at support@nexond.com within 14 days of the charge.
4. Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • You will receive an email receipt for each payment • You can view your billing history and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account settings
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
