1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relayra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Relayra is a cross-device content sharing platform that allows you to share text, links, images, audio, video, and files across your devices in real time.
2. Service Description
Relayra provides a web-based platform for sharing content across multiple devices. The Service includes: • Real-time synchronization of text, links, and files across your devices • Support for multiple content types including text, links, images, audio, video, and general files • Secure cloud storage for your shared content • Cross-platform access via any modern web browser • Optional installation as a Progressive Web App (PWA)
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate registration information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload, share, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior authorization
5. Content and Storage
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. • File upload size limits depend on your plan (Free: 50 MB, Pro: 500 MB per file) • Storage limits depend on your plan (Free: 5 GB, Pro: 50 GB) • Content is stored securely and accessible only to your account • We do not access, review, or share your content except as required by law • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important content
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Relayra offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the following terms: • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis • Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Relayra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that may harm the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your stored content and associated files will be permanently removed from our servers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service, and disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
