We do not store your full payment information on our servers • Usage data: Basic information about how you interact with the Service, including login times and feature usage • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device type, collected to optimize your experience
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for the following purposes: • Providing and maintaining the Service, including real-time content synchronization across your devices • Authenticating your identity and securing your account • Communicating with you about Service updates, security alerts, and account-related matters • Improving and optimizing the Service's performance and user experience • Complying with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase and hosted on secure servers. • All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS • Row-level security (RLS) policies ensure that your content is accessible only to your account • Files are stored in private storage buckets with access controls • Authentication tokens are managed securely and refreshed automatically While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you. • You can delete individual items at any time, which also removes associated files from storage • When you delete your account, all your data including stored files will be permanently deleted from our servers • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Relayra: • Supabase: Database, authentication, real-time functionality, and file storage • Vercel: Web hosting and content delivery • Stripe: Payment processing for paid subscriptions. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We only receive limited information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and subscription status • Sentry: Error monitoring and reporting to help us identify and fix issues • PostHog: Product analytics to help us understand how the Service is used and improve the user experience These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for these services to function. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage for essential Service functionality: • Authentication cookies to maintain your login session • Theme preference storage (light/dark mode) • Locale preference storage We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. All cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function properly.
